AD REQUIREMENTS:
Files can be uploaded to the MediaMax Network ad portal: https://mediamaxnetwork.sendmyad.com
The PDF/X-1a files must have:
• All fonts MUST be embedded (True Type fonts cannot be used for Printing).
• The color space must be CMYK or Grayscale. No RGB, LAB or embedded color profiles (such as ICC profiles).
• All PMS colors MUST be converted to CMYK.
• Resolution: 300 dpi
PROOF STANDARDS:
Proofs are not mandatory. If you are submitting a proof, Please supply one of the following types of SWOP Certified Proofs: Kodak Approval, Matchprint, CREO Spectrum, Iris Digital Proof, or Epson Proof emulating the SWOP TR001 Standard. All proofs are to be pulled on commercial grade stock. All proofs should be mailed to MediaMax Network by the 22nd of the month.
